S.H.A.R.E. Alliance is a non-profit consortium of congregations and civic organizations dedicated to food justice in the Springfield, NJ area. Our services include food distribution through our Community Pantry, hot meals through our Community Kitchen, and education and advocacy programs. Access to these services is subject to eligibility criteria and program availability.

3. Eligibility & Application Accuracy

By submitting a food support application, you affirm that:

• All information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You meet the eligibility requirements for the program to which you are applying.
• You will notify us promptly if your circumstances change in ways that may affect your eligibility.
• You understand that submitting false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

S.H.A.R.E. Alliance treats all applicant information as strictly confidential. Application data is accessed only by authorized staff and board members. By submitting an application, you consent to our use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Program Participation

Participation in S.H.A.R.E. Alliance programs requires that you:

• Arrive within your scheduled appointment window.
• Bring required documentation to your first in-person visit (proof of address, identification, and income verification as applicable).
• Treat all staff and volunteers with respect and dignity.
• Renew your eligibility assessment as requested (typically annually).

S.H.A.R.E. Alliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time based on program capacity, funding availability, or non-compliance with program requirements.
